Place the unused equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and instructional inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
